Job Description
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and expand network.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in sales field
- Civil Engineer or Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
- Strong understanding of PEB buildings and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
