Sales Officer

Job Description

• Lead generation of enquiries of clients building new houses, hotels, residential / commercial buildings
• Meeting architects and generating leads
• Making technical and sales presentations for closure
• Interacting with Estimation and design team in India for quotes and documentation for closure
• Site inspection and visit for closure with clients
• Order closure and servicing client till execution 

Job Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in building and construction material industry like doors and windows, sanitary, marble, furniture, air conditioning.    
• Bachelor or Master's completed can apply.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
