Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospective customers.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our products.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to the management team.
- Achievements of Sales target established with the consent of management
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management.
- More than 2 years of experience in the sales field.
- Experience in Air Conditioner sales will be given top priority.
- Should have 2-wheelers with a valid driving license.
- Must have good communication skills.
