Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s running preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG sales management.

Prior experience in handling agricultural or food products (rice, dal, oil, etc.) preferred.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Sound understanding of FMCG market dynamics and sales distribution networks.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
