Job Description

Lead and manage the overall sales operations of the organization across retail, corporate, and e-commerce channels.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and increase market share.

Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights for decision-making.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.

Prepare periodic sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.

Guide, motivate, and develop the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

5–7 years of proven experience in sales (preferably retail, corporate sales, or e-commerce).

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
