Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.

Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
Job Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (experience in EV, electrical, automotive, solar, or power sectors is highly preferred).

Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and business development.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
