Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify market opportunities, trends, and competitor activities to support business growth.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to maintain brand reputation.
Job Requirements
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 4-5 years in retails Sales
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing and coaching staff.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
