Sales Manager

Job Description

• Design,develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends and performance insights for business decisions.
• Coordinate with sales,supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting.
• Monitor key business metrics and KPIs across departments and escalate deviations as required.
• Automate routine reports and develop tools to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Provide data-driven support for strategy, planning and forecasting.
• Ensure data integrity and validate inputs from multiple sources.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and support senior management with timely information.
• Handle tight deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• 4–5 years of proven experience in MIS/Data Analysis, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables,VLOOKUP,Macros) and Power BI/Tableau)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and SQL queries is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
