Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
- Experience: 5-7 years in Sales in Derma, color cosmetics, beauty,personcare products or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
