- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.

- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales and team management.
- Bachelor's Degree Completed
- Experience- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar automotive Industry (Car Sales)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
