Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the commercial EV industry.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the commercial EV industry.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
