Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree
- Experience: 3-5 years in construction or checmical industry
- Must have vehicle with valid license
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the local construction industry in Nepal is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and travel as required.
