Job Description
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Previous experience in sales management, where responsibilities included overseeing a sales team,
- developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Experience in managing client relationships, negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals.
- Should aslo hold a driver’s license
- Qualification : Bachelor degree or Master
