Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, product development) to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients.

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, with at least 1 to 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. 
• Previous experience in sales management, where responsibilities included overseeing a sales team, 
• developing sales strategies and achieving sales targets. Experience in managing client relationships, negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals. 
• Should aslo hold a driver’s license
• Qualification : Bachelor degree or Master
