Job Description
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Set sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
- 5+ years of experience in Sales ( Preferably within cigarette, liquors)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the cigarette industry, market dynamics, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
