Job Description
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
- Setting and tracking sales goals for the team and individual sales representatives.
- Recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives.
- Providing ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives.
- Conducting market research and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring that leads are converted into customers.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Job Requirements
- Atleast 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduates can apply.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
