Sales Manager

Job Description

• Interface with all levels of corporate personnel to promote sales and customer satisfaction
• Obtain and manage current information from customers regarding pricing, products and promotions
• Convey significant industry and customer developments to management
• Responsible for Sales Engineers and Inside Sales Engineers for the SE Pennsylvania, N
• Monitoring sales on a weekly basis
• Searching for opportunities at all levels of the customer organization
• Building relationships at all levels of the customer organization
• Building relationships with UTAS CSM
• Building and regularly maintaining a customer white paper summarizing our relationship, opportunities, performance
• Routinely engaging in customer reviews regarding shipping performance, TATs

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's/master's degree in a related field.
• 3 years experience in marketing or sales.
• Experience in management may be advantageous.
• Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• The ability to work under pressure.
