Job Description
- Lead the team, devise strategy and action plan to achieve monthly sales.
- Set and achieve sales target for the company and region.
- Identify, select and manage distributors, dealers and create network as per the company criteria in the specified area.
- Select and develop a team of Sales Officer/Area Managers.
- Ensure secondary sales as per the target.
- Responsible for timely payment collection from the parties
- Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in related field.
- Must have independently selected / managed/ worked at national/senior level in similar Industry.
- Highly Ethical, dedicated, hardworking, driven to achieved and exceed specific goal.
- Adapts to change demonstrates energy, passion, enthusiasm and has positive attitude.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Excellent leadership skills
