Sales Incharge

Job Description

• Lead and manage the sales team at the branch level

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients

• Track sales performance and prepare reports for management

• Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery

• Coordinate with internal departments for inventory, delivery, and support

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in four-wheeler automobile sales

• Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage a team

• Willingness to travel locally as needed
