Job Description

Lead and manage the sales team at the branch level
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients
Track sales performance and prepare reports for management
Ensure smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery
Coordinate with internal departments for inventory, delivery, and support
Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in four-wheeler automobile sales
Must own a vehicle and possess a valid driving license
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage a team
Willingness to travel locally as needed
