Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure peak performance.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies for competitive advantage.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role specially in FMCG Product.
- Salary: 150k (Negotiable)
- Prior Experience in FMCG(Namkeen and Bhujiya Product) Industry,
- Proficient in using the internet for research and business purposes.
- Must Be Fluent in English, Nepali Both in speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the cement industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
