Job Description

Job Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 10-15 years) in sales management, with a strong background in the plastic pipe manufacturing industry or related sectors.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills with a track record of managing and motivating a successful sales team.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the plastic pipe industry, including materials, applications, and competitors.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate/travel as needed.
