Basic Information
Job Description
-
Promote and generate demand for paints products in the assigned territory
-
Visit hardware stores and retailers to increase brand visibility and sales

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, and customers

Ensure timely reporting of field activities and market feedback

Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in hardware or manufacturing industry)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and result-oriented
-
Willingness to travel within the assigned area

Must own a bike and hold a valid driving license
