Sales Executive

Job Description

• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

• Ensure product visibility, availability, and display as per company standards.

• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in field sales or distribution management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
