Job Description

Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Ensure product visibility, availability, and display as per company standards.

Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Handle customer inquiries and ensure prompt service delivery.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in field sales or distribution management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
