Job Description
- Achieve monthly/yearly target
- Clearly communicate all trade terms and condition to the client and ensure all clients are compiling all parameters
- Handle consumers complain and report same to line manager and act as per given guidelines
- Maintain a high level of integrity on day to day working and reporting
- Demonstrate complete professional behaviors with all customers
- Identify new markets, upcoming markets and customers on a regular basis
- Strong willingness to Everyday field visit
Job Requirements
- Atleast 2-3 years on Ecommerce site for Vendor/Brands
- Bachelor's Running or Degree
- Good command over Excel
- Must be experience in Ecommerce Management
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Should have knowledge of PPT
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
