Sales Coordinator - Home Appliances

Job Description

• Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, and dealers to ensure smooth sales operations
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and documentation
• Assist in order processing, invoicing coordination, and follow-ups with clients
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information
• Support management with market insights and sales performance analysis

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales
• Prior experience in home appliances or electronics will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of sales processes, channel distribution, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of sales tools/software
• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills
