Basic Information
Job Description
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing detailed information on vehicles.
- Understand and meet customers' needs by recommending suitable vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, services, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
