Job Description

Handling customer complaints or handing customers on to management.
Promoting store cards or special offers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Balancing cash registers with receipts.
Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.

Job Requirements

Should have a confident manner.
Minimum 6 month of experience in related field
Must have Ms. Excel knowledge & familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Good communication skills & reporting skills both in English & Nepali
Fast learner
