Job Description
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business development.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the paints, sanitary, pipe fittings, tile or building material industry.
- Strong established relationships within agencies, construction companies, competitors business holders- dealers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings & site visits.
