Job Description
- Identify and generate leads for ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Conduct meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations for clients on ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the company.
- Monitor and support channel partners to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to boost channel partner sales of ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the channel sales ecosystem.
- Provide regular updates on channel performance, market feedback, and sales forecasts to management.
- Analyze sales data and recommend strategies to enhance partner performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for channel partners.
- Offer technical and sales support to channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction across ICT, storage, security surveillance, and AC solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel sales or distribution, preferably in ICT, storage, or security surveillance sectors.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license with own vehicle.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the ICT market and current industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve sales targets.
