Sales & Distribution Officer

Job Description

• Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
• Planning, coordinating and directing all computer-related activities within an organization.
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance· 
• Monthly Budgeting and setting guidelines for Sales promotion activities ·
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency· 
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
• Monthly Preparation of Scheme letters.
• Tracking the Purchase,Sales & Inventory in Systems·
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Monthly preparation and finalization of Computation Sheets for Sales promotion Payout·
• Follow up with Partners for claim documentation· 
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management or relevant field with 3-4 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of Excel and PPT
• Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Highly Dedicated and proactive
