Sales Admin

Job Description

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing, address any issues or discrepancies, and provide necessary support.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any changes or updates to orders. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales orders, invoices, contracts, and other relevant documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, track performance, and support decision-making processes.
•  Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts as needed. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vechicle sales. 
• Must have two-wheeler and license.
• Bachelor's running/ completed can apply.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
