Retail Store Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and guide retail staff to ensure smooth daily operations

• Monitor store performance and meet sales targets

• Handle customer service issues and ensure a positive shopping experience

• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment

• Ensure visual merchandising and product displays meet brand standards

• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members

• Generate sales reports and provide insights to management

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Completed

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in clothing or fashion retail

• Strong leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Sales-driven mindset with good customer handling skills

• Knowledge of retail software and reporting tools is a plus

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
