Retail Sales Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Provide training and support to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and helpful store environment.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve store targets.
• Work with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards that showcase products effectively.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Purchase Officer to manage inventory levels.
• Oversee stock replenishment and coordinate merchandise restocking.
• Conduct regular stock assessments to prevent overstock or stockouts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Monitor and maintain organized store operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations of sales team members.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and products.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
• Bachelor's completed in Management stream.
