Job Description
- Achieving monthly and yearly sales targets of the assigned sales territory and achieving dealer wise targets.
- Key Account management: Involved in customer initiatives & technical engagement (for selected accounts). Extracting business, delivery and entire process setting up.
- Generating & driving specification for all Gypsum Boards & Other Product mix through Dealers, Sub dealers , Developers, Architects, Clients, PMCs and Turnkey contractors across the assigned territory as well as for other regions.
- Conducting trade promotional activities, product wise, territory wise and month wise.
- Facilitating sales promotion activities, day wise, week wise, month wise.
- Market development activities, pro trade & pro retail market field related.
- Achievement of collection targets from creditors.
- Provide a monthly sales forecast based on sales review and project outlook. Coordinate with project sales teams for project sales throughout the distribution network.
- To monitor and develop dealer and retailer network in the assigned territory.
- Implement various retailer / dealer schemes.
- Maintain data base of Dealers, Applicators, Contractors, Carpenters, Aluminum Fabricators and Masons in the respective branch etc. & convert them into the business by tracking each activity.
- Develop contractors with the help of training through technical team.
- Geographical expansion by appointing dealers / Sub dealers and managing them efficiently
- Dealer and Discount management in the market & maintain uniform pricing structure.
- Mapping & visiting A, B & C class architect to focus on Large and mid-size project
- Market participation for the monitoring, development & control of all the KRA related activities, fursnishing timely reports,and strong implementer of pre-defined strategies of the company.
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments (same target customer).
- Experience in managing channel partners (dealers) and project dealers.
- Strong knowledge on subjects such as Local geography, channel management, project management, sustainability.
- Excellent persuasion skills
- Good networking skills
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Master's Degree or Bachelor
