Job Description

Supervise and support retail promoters across assigned outlets.
Set, monitor, and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct basic product and sales training for promoters.
Ensure promoters are updated on products, schemes, and selling techniques
Conduct regular follow-ups with promoters on activities and performance.
Maintain effective coordination between field teams and internal departments.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running.
3–4 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Leadership and team supervision skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel and visit retail outlets regularly.
