Registrar – Obstetrics & Gynecology

Job Description

• Assist in the management of patients in Obstetrics & Gynecology services, with a focus on reproductive health and fertility care

• Support consultants in OPD, IPD, procedures, and clinical rounds

• Participate in IVF and assisted reproductive procedures under supervision

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as per clinical standards

• Provide pre- and post-procedure counseling to patients and their families

• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines

• Coordinate with nursing staff, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals

Job Requirements

• MBBS with MD/MS in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Valid registration with Nepal Medical Council (NMC)

• Strong interest in Reproductive Medicine / IVF (Fellowship in IVF will be an added advantage)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced clinical environment

• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning
