Job Description

Achieve regional sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Identify and develop new business opportunities and dealer networks.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competition.

Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.

Coordinate with the marketing team to plan promotions and campaigns.

Provide customer feedback to improve products and services.

Ensure smooth after-sales service coordination.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automobile sales or a similar industry.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple regions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Good knowledge of the automobile market and emerging trends.

Proficiency in MS Office and sales-related software.

Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
