Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
- Lead and manage the regional sales team, ensuring high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure efficient sales operations, budgeting, and forecasting for the region.
- Conduct training and development programs for the sales team.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Master degree or Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in paints industry.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
