Job Description

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the region.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure optimal performance.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize sales opportunities.

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs. Take corrective actions as necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Forecasting and Budgeting: Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for the region. Manage expenses within approved budgets.

Product Promotion: Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns and activities to increase brand visibility and drive sales.

Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent service.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis for management review.
Job Requirements
- Master's Degree Graduate (Sales & Marketing specialization)
- 8-10 years of experience in Paints Industry & Construction Material Industry.
- Must have own two wheeler with valid driving licence.
- Must be innovative & have leadership skills.
