Job Description

  • Manage a team of sales representatives within the assigned region.
  • Set sales targets and performance metrics for the team, and ensure they are achieved.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the sales team to help them achieve their targets and develop their skills.
  • Supervision of team, Junior sales staffs (dealers), Whole sellers, distributers and target achievement. Exploring new market and appointment of Dealer / retailers/distributers in feasible area on time.
  • Reporting (covering all data) to Immediate supervisor for analysis, suggestion, feedback and approval. Update development.      
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets 
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • 5+ years of work experience as ASM 
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
  • Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in all business dealings.
