Job Description
- Managing and recovering outstanding payments from clients
- Conducting regular follow-ups to ensure timely collections
- Negotiating payment terms and settlement plans with clients
- Maintaining positive and professional client relationships
- Keeping accurate records of recovery and collection activities
- Ensuring recovery processes follow company policies and guidelines
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in the same field
- Follow up with clients for timely recovery of outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of collections and recovery status
- Negotiate payment plans with clients when required
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment issues
- Prepare regular recovery reports for management
- Ensure recovery activities comply with company policies and legal guidelines
