Job Description
- Execute an institutional sales plan
- Develop and maintain institutional relationships with private sector individuals and business houses, architects, consultants & contractors
- Design for projects as per requirements
- Ensure our products are specified on the tender documents as set forth by our partners
- Timely communication regarding the tenders that are out in the market along with their submission deadlines to the Executive Director
- Completion and Submission of tender along with all the required documents
- Coordinate with other sales executives across our network to meet the various needs an institution/tender might have
- Advise the Executive Director of the resources needed to meet the objectives as set forth by any potential project inquiry
- Utilize all resources as provided by us and its Principals partner in order to amplify the effectiveness of your efforts
- Document all important activities using tools to ensure that all information vital to the successful operation of the Institutional projects is reported properly
- Supervise & manage projects & deploy people & resources as necessary.
- Procure resources as necessary for the project completion.
Job Requirements
- 3 Years sales experience in institutional sales preferred.
- B.E in Civil/Architecture/Structural/Electrical can apply.
- Should have good PR Skills and should be able to create a rapport with new people.
- Good analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with all levels in the organization.
