Basic Information
Job Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Coordinate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Track project expenses and maintain budget records.
- Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Organize meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
- Support project managers in administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a positive attitude
