Job Description
- Design and update the employee database and maintain data accuracy in HR systems.
- Manage the attendance system by uploading, updating and retrieving employees’ data as and when required with accuracy as well as administer and monitor the leaves of employees.
- Provide all necessary inputs for processing monthly Payroll of the company (Full time & Outsourced) by calculating actual leave balances, leave deduction, incentives, etc.
- Coordinate with outsourcing agencies for payroll data submission and validation of outsourced employees.
- Administer employees’ benefits including medical and accidental insurances.
- Track and manage probationary period of employees.
- Prepare HR monthly reports including Hiring Metric Reports, Employee Turnover report, Leave quota report, and others as required.
- Prepare various HR Letters as per the request of the employees
Job Requirements
- Previous working experience in HR department preferably as a HR Officer for 1 year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office would be preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
