Job Description

  • Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities
  • Support documentation, filing, and record maintenance
  • Assist in internal coordination between departments and staff
  • Handle office-related communication, calls, and correspondence
  • Support logistics, errands, and runner-related tasks when required
  • Maintain basic reports using MS Word and Excel
  • Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are well managed
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling office information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree running or completed (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, runner, or similar roles
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Must have a vehicle with a valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Willingness to support field and office coordination tasks
  • Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
