Job Description
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities
- Support documentation, filing, and record maintenance
- Assist in internal coordination between departments and staff
- Handle office-related communication, calls, and correspondence
- Support logistics, errands, and runner-related tasks when required
- Maintain basic reports using MS Word and Excel
- Ensure office supplies and administrative needs are well managed
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling office information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or completed (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, runner, or similar roles
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Must have a vehicle with a valid driving license (mandatory)
- Willingness to support field and office coordination tasks
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
