Job Description
- Develop and implement effective national sales strategies.
- Set sales targets and ensure achievement through team management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for sales enablement.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Master's degree in business administration, Marketing or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role or in a multinational corporation (MNC).
- Prior Experience in Paints, cement, steels Industry, Tiles, Bath ware and Experience of Construction Material Sale.
- Proficient in using the internet for research and business purposes.
- Must Be Fluent in English, Nepali and Hindi Both in speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the cement industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
