Basic Information
Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with key modern trade retailers and distributors.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure product availability across modern trade channels.
- Implement sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising activities to drive revenue.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with agreements and terms with retail partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product visibility and sales.
- Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in modern trade sales within the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
