Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through effective execution of sales strategies.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility, and replenishment of products in retail outlets.
- Analyze sales trends and market data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement promotional campaigns and offers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in modern trade or FMCG sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
