Job Description

Develop and manage relationships with modern trade outlets, supermarkets, and key accounts

Ensure product availability, visibility, and shelf placement in all assigned outlets

Negotiate terms, promotions, and execution plans with modern trade partners

Analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective strategies

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth supply and promotional execution

Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years in B2B sales (preferably in FMCG/Modern Trade)
- Bachelor's Degree Graduates preferred.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with FMCG products and retail chain operations
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
