Job Description
- The preferred candidate will promote on brand connecting/attracting customers through traditional, digital and social media channels with the goal of driving revenue and supporting total hotel goals.
- Builds direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns and activated channels to drive consumer awarenss and preferance.
- Responsible to increasing market shareand building broader portfolio and brand awareness.
- Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
- Maximize brand value through the development of ancillary revenue streams and new opportunities.
- Ensure all products, services, and other offerings conform to brand identity; conduct ongoing brand management.
- Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
- Develop marketing plans within budget requirements.
- Collaborate with all departments to identify internal and external customer needs.
- Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities; make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
Job Requirements
- 3 year's+ experience in sales, marketing, digital or related professional area hospitality marketing, social media or digital advertising experience preferred.
- Graduate in Marketing, Public Relations, Businesses Administration or related field.
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
