Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in sales strategies and market research.
- Support proposal development and negotiations.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve sales targets.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the paints industry or building materials market is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel within Kathmandu and surrounding areas.
